| 自己紹介 | My name is Lovejoy Rivero Caerlang, and I am from the Philippines. Currently, I am teaching at an English Conversation School in Yamaguchi, Japan. I hold a Humanities, Engineering, and International Services visa. I graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education and completed both my Master's and Doctorate in Educational Management. In my continuous pursuit of learning, I completed online courses through Harvard University, earning a certificate in Early Childhood Education and Family Engagement in 2021. Additionally, I recently obtained a 120-hour TESOL/TEFL certificate. With over 12 years of teaching experience, I have a strong background in instructing preschool and elementary students, as well as university-level learners. I have taught a variety of subjects at the preschool and elementary levels and have also served as a university professor. My students have included those pursuing degrees in Early Childhood Education, Elementary Education, and Secondary (High School) Education, both in traditional classroom settings and online platforms. My teaching philosophy is rooted in creating an interactive and engaging learning environment. I design lessons that are not only informative but also foster critical thinking and independent problem-solving. I am committed to building a positive and supportive atmosphere—whether in-person or online—where students feel comfortable asking questions, participating actively, and reaching their full potential. In addition to my teaching experience, I am highly organized, adaptable, and proficient with technology, which allows me to provide my students with a seamless and enriching online learning experience. I am confident that my skills, passion for teaching, and dedication to student success will make a valuable contribution to your program. |
